STATEWIDE SPECIAL EDUCATION PARENT SURVEY
Parents with children with IEPs will be receiving a survey from the Rhode Island Department of Education regarding your child’s special education program.
You participation is Important. Please take a few minutes to complete and return the survey.
If it is easier for you-you may return the survey to your child’s special education teacher.
**Please note that the last day of school is Friday, June 15, 2012**
