Immunizations/ Medication Policy/ Screenings/ Forms
Welcome to the Narragansett Elementary School Clinic. I hope this web page helps provide you with useful information and answers to many of your questions. Please contact me with any changes in your child’s health or concerns you might have that would impact them in school. It is also important to inform the school of any changes in your child’s emergency contacts numbers.
Parents are advised to check the immunization requirements for their child’s grade level as changes in state regulations have increased the required vaccinations. Please send in the necessary paper work as soon as possible or contact me with any questions or if you need assistance in obtaining services.
Thank you, Lynn Magnusen, R.N.,S.N.T.
