Chuck Berry is probably the closest anyone got to "inventing rock and roll". The first sounds he made with his guitar were so different and liked by people in the 50's, who had never heard music like his before. Chuck's exceptional lyric writeing ability also drove him to success. Chuck Berry revelutionized a generation and changed music as we know it.
