The media is extremely influential, inducing America’s youth and affecting the people’s political decisions and opinions. American children are significantly subjected to the media, seemingly much more than the elder generations. The American youth’s morals are shaped by the television programs they watch and the computer games they play. As for the elder generations, their political opinions are most likely influenced through the political polls that they read about and the broadcasted news stories that they view. These are some ways that the media can influence the actions and the future of the American people. The American media has existed and will continue to exist for centuries, slowly making a huge impact on society as time passes.
