Steve McCurry

McCurry is a photojournalist for National Geographic magazine and has traveled around the world taking inspirational and educational photographs. He is best known for his picture at right titled, "Afghan Girl."

Dorothea Lange

A photographer during the great depression, Dorothea Lange is famous for her photograph titled, "Migrant Mother." She was an influential American documentary photographer and photojournalist of her time and is still remembered today by her moving photographs.

 

Margaret Bourke-White

Born in the early 1900s, Margaret Bourke-White was the first female photographer for Life magazine. She also took many war-time photos and was the first foreign photographer ever to be allowed to photograph the Soviet Industry.
