Learning Reflection
Have you ever wanted to create a website? Well in web graphics class you can! In this task, we picked a topic and created a flash animation and a website about our topic. We created the website on Adobe Dreamweaver and the flash animation on Adobe Flash Professional CS5. For the website, we needed 8 pages and needed 2 navigational bars to get page to page. To create the website, you needed to know many things. You needed to know how to use Flash and Dreamweaver. You also needed to know how to effectively make a works cited and link hyperlinks. While doing this task, I acquired some skills. I learned how to make a complex Flash and how to hyperlink webpages together. Creating a Flash was important to learn, because it helped me earn a new grade. Hyperlinking pages together were important because we had to hyperlink every page.
To create the website, I needed to create a flash and 8 web pages. Then I needed to put information and pictures on the pages and hyperlink them together. Finally, I needed to create a works cited and write a reflection. Some problems I had creating the website was getting all the links to work. This was difficult because the problems just came coming at me. Also, I did not plan time out well so I barely got the task done. This task helped me understand web design. I learned how to do everything to create a website like using Flash and Dreamweaver.
This task helped me develop as a student. I learned how to create a website and passed the class. I will use this in the future if I need a website for a small business or if I take another technology class. All-in-all, this task improved my technology skills greatly.
