Ohio State has many traditions like the leaves on the helmet and the bell. But there are some other traditions as well the have more of a personal impact on the players like the senior tackle and the Captains Breakfast.

The victory Bell is rung after every Ohio State football win. the tradition stated in 1944 and you can hear the bell from 5 miles away. The Senior Tackle is when all of the senior players hit the sled back for one last time.

The tradition started in 1968 because of the qoute given by Daniel Drake the quote said "In all our woods there is not a tree so hard to kill as the buckeye.
