Throw-Ins
When a team kicks the ball out of bounds, whether intentional or not, the other team automatically gets to throw the ball in. When throwing the ball in the player must stay in the spot the ball went out, or in the spot the referee told you to go. Both feet must stay on the ground, including the player's back foot, even if it is just dragged. The player may run and drag their back foot or may stay in place and throw the ball. The player must use both hands and the ball must go over the thrower's head completely to be correct. If the throw-in is incorrect, than the ball automatically goes to the other team to throw in. The team that is throwing the ball in may substitute players on their throw-in. Referees may sometimes let the opposing team substitute as well even if it is not their throw-in.
