The greatest teams of all time have accomplished some extrodinary feats, from winning multiple Super Bowl rings to breaking league records. The 1985 Chicago Bears were the most feared defensive team in their day, and remain most peoples #1 choice for the top defensive squad of all time through the years. In 1972 the Miami Dolphins accomplished something no other team has been able to do in the history of the league, completing a perfect regular season record with a Super Bowl win and becoming the only NFL team to go undefeated. The 2007 New England Patriots came close to matching the Dolphins when they went into Super Bowl XLII with a perfect record and played the underdog New York Giants only to lose in the end. And not many teams can even think about rivaling the '88-'89 San Fransico 49ers teams, winning the Super Bowl two staight years and boasting some of the greatest players of all time.
