Point Judith Lighthouse

Standing 51 feet tall the lighthouse standing on the station established in 1810 with the current lighthouse being built in 1857 the brownstone lighthouse is truly an attraction. The lighthouse is on Coast Guard Station Point Judith and the grounds are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to sunset, unfortunately the lighthouse tower itself is not open to the public. Yet, with its distinct pattern of white light; 5 seconds on, 2 seconds off, 2 seconds on, 2 seconds off, 2 on, 2 seconds off the active light house is truly something to see.
