What is a vegan?

A vegan is a person who does not consume or use animal products.

Why do people change their lifestyle?

Many people decide to join this trend for a couple of reasons. Some admire the eating habits of either a plant based vegan or a high carb vegan. Another reason is that people have strong opinions against animal slaughter for the use of their bodies. The health benefits are not hard to miss, younger looking skin, lots of energy, lots of protein and iron, lots of antioxidants. It is a win-win!
