Herbivores: Damselfish, surgeonfish, puffer fish, blue tangs, parrot fish, anemones, lobster

Carnivores: Sharks, barracudas, moray eel, squid

Flora: Budded Polyps, Octocorallia, Fringing Reefs,  Coral Polyps, sea weed, Zooxanthellae.

Australia, Caribbean, Indo-Pacific region







The sun is the source of energy for this coral reefs. Through photosynthesis, phytoplankton, algae, and other plants convert light energy into chemical energy. As animals eat plants or other animals, a portion of this energy is passed on.
