Calling All Dental Forms!
Just a reminder that dental forms should be returned to the nurse's office as soon as possible. If we do not receive a form for your child he or she will receive a non-invasive dental screening by our school dentist. This is to be in compliance with RI School Health Regulations.
Flu Season will be here soon. The community Flu shot clinic will be held on November 3, 2015 between 4-630pm at then Narragansett Pier School.
As you know the flu season is upon us. If your
child is diagnosed with the flu or other contagious condition (such as strep
throat, pink eye, head lice, etc.) please let the nurse know. This will help us identify clusters of
the same illness so that parents can be notified if necessary.

Screenings: help detect problems for early care and treatment
