IV. Instruction (formerly #6145)
C. Academic Progress
The Narragansett Schools are committed to the academic success of each student. The academic progress of a student is to be based on demonstration, in a variety of ways, that he or she is fully equipped to meet the state and local standards of achievement. Decisions related to an individual’s academic progress must be guided by a belief that all students can learn, progress, and achieve when individual differences are recognized and addressed through appropriate adjustments in instruction, in programming, and in the time allotted for teaching and learning.
